The entire staff is truly amazing!!! I work in the medical field and have yet to meet such an enthusiastic, caring staff!!We have 2 children that are being treated with Dr. Chelian and the staff and both of them really enjoy going!Our youngest is almost 8 and has a "retainer" to help her break her thumb sucking habit! Everyone there made her feel great! We all sat down and talked with her as to why this was being done and she wears it faithfully - knows she is going to be "prettier" than her big sister soon! My son Carson is autistic and we were very concerned if he would beable to handle the braces, care and occasional pain. Lynn was the first person that I encountered when I called the office for information. I had already called several other offices on the list for our insurance. In the first 2 minutes I was on the phone, I knew that My Orthodontist was going to be the best choice for all of us, but most importantly Carson. The office staff is first rate, Lynn and Suzanne in the front and Tanya and Jeanine in the back! Dr. Chelian is very caring, and puts Carson at ease. 9 months have gone by, and everything that Dr. Chelian told us would happen with his teeth have. It is truly amazing. His teeth look fantastic already! I could have picked a closer off ice to our home, but the 35 mile drive is worth it! I would recommend Dr. Chelian and My Orthodontist to anyone! |

I have been a patient of Dr. Chelian's for over 2 years. My daughter Toni has also been a patient for about the same time. We just love Dr. Chelian and his wonderful team. Everyone is so pleasant and proffessional. The pleasant experience starts when we walk in the office when we are greated always with a smile and a warm hello. Not to mention the hand parafin treatment and the cookies and coffee!! Our treatment is always very pleasant and Tanya and Janelle are so pleasant and caring, as is Dr. Chelian. My son has been a patient of Dr. Chelian's for 6 months now. We are always greeted by everyone in his office with a big smile and abounding friendliness. Dr. Chelian, on his own time, was present during my son's oral surgery to ensure that the best teeth remained in my son's gums. He left nothing to chance and this was a great comfort to me.I appreciate the high level of customer service that everyone in his office displays. The cookies are fantastic, too. I have been Dr. Chelian's patient for over a year now getting my treatment done from him. From day one, he was very organized and explained to me meticulously about the steps in the treatment, the duration and all the details very clearly. Although my case was a complex one, he suggested me with the appropriate treatment and till date I have not had a single complaint. The staff at the clinic is extremely friendly and they make sure I am attended to promptly.They make me feel at home. They have been very adjusting with my schedule, considering I come all the way from Boston. I don't mind the hour long drive for the high quality of treatment I receive.
